The site does not request sensitive identification, medical records, banking details, or credentials. Please do not include them in free-text messages.

The delivered website contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. Hosting systems may maintain access logs. Request metadata is temporarily used to limit repeated submissions. ZIP values supplied through a page link can appear in browser history and normal server logs; no sensitive details should be placed in URLs.
